The Russet Woods Community is a neighborhood that works with the City of Hoover to ensure residents uphold the Hoover City codes and ordinances, insuring that our neighborhood is clean and beautiful and that new home buyers want to live in our Community. 

The Russet Woods Community consists of Russet Woods, Southwood and most recently Southwood Highlands.  Southwood Highlands was added into the Russet Woods Community at a joint homeowner's meeting in October 2019.

The Russet Woods Community has Homeowner's Association Meetings throughout the year.

The Mayor and City Officials attend to give updates on the City of Hoover and to answer your questions and address concerns.   

The Homeowner's Association works hand in hand with the City of Hoover to ensure that our residents abide by the codes and ordinances that govern our community.

The Russet Woods Community Park is located at 105 Top O' Tree Lane.  The park offers a shaded walking track and a large playground.  It also has a covered pavilion with picnic tables for your next event.

The Russet Woods Beautification Board is introducing the Russet Woods Community Yard of the Month award.  The award will run April through October.  Winners will be nominated by residents in the community.  The winners will have the sign in their yard for that month along with a $50 gift card and their picture on our social media.
